Independientemente de las condiciones climatol\u00f3gicas exteriores, podremos\u00a0disfrutar de nuestra casa\u00a0tanto en los d\u00edas calurosos de verano como en los fr\u00edos d\u00edas del invierno gracias a unos sencillos consejos sobre como mejorar el aislamiento y adem\u00e1s ahorrar energ\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Consecuencias de un mal aislamiento<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>En primer lugar, la consecuencia inmediata es una p\u00e9rdida de calor, en el caso de la calefacci\u00f3n, y del fr\u00edo en el caso del aire acondicionado. Si tu casa est\u00e1 mal aislada, para mantener la temperatura puedes necesitar hasta un 30% m\u00e1s de energ\u00eda, lo que afectar\u00e1 directamente, al ahorro familiar. Estas han aumentado las exigencias y\u00a0 como consecuencia, ahora es necesario aislar m\u00e1s las superficies envolventes de la vivienda.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5><strong>C\u00f3mo conseguir con reformas que una vivienda antigua cumpla las mismas condiciones<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Si tu vivienda es antigua,\u00a0necesitas aislar las paredes exteriores para conseguir que el calor y el fr\u00edo no se escapen. La soluci\u00f3n m\u00e1s utilizada es el trasdosado de <a href=\"https:\/\/totreforma.cat\/pladur\/\">pladur<\/a>, que permite comprimir entre sus perfiles el material aislante. As\u00ed ayudar\u00e1s a mantener la temperatura interior.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ventila tu casa durante las horas centrales del d\u00eda<\/strong>, cuando hace menos fr\u00edo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Aislamientos ac\u00fasticos<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Aislar la vivienda eligiendo los materiales adecuados y de calidad no solo te proporcionar\u00e1 confort t\u00e9rmico, sino que tambi\u00e9n contribuir\u00e1 al aislamiento ac\u00fastico de las estancias.
